StormWeatherEU Discord Bot is a free, non-commercial hobby project without income. This Legal Notice applies only to the bot and its corresponding Netlify legal-information website, not to the separate main website stormweathereu.com.
The bot provides weather information, warning references, server-logging and AutoMod features. The separate GalaxyBot service is used for support tickets.
3. Responsibility for content
The person named above is responsible for the content published on this legal-information website and for the operator's own content relating to the StormWeatherEU Discord Bot. Where special rules for journalistic-editorial offerings under section 18(2) of the German State Media Treaty apply, their applicability must be assessed in the individual case.
4. Business register and tax information
According to the operator, there is no commercial register entry and no VAT identification number. The operator acts as a natural person in the context of a private hobby project.

StormWeatherEU Discord Bot is not an official weather authority and does not represent the German Weather Service (DWD) or any public agency. Its weather information may derive from Open-Meteo, DWD or Bright Sky. In hazardous situations, official warnings and instructions from the relevant authorities take priority.
